EMBODY is a high-impact, 16-Session private coaching immersion for individuals prepared to deepen personal mastery, challenge internal thresholds, and step fully into a life aligned with purpose, power, and presence. This is not a traditional coaching program. It is a sacred container for intentional transformation—where your values, voice, and vision become the architecture for how you live, lead, and contribute. What Is Included 16 Private 60-Minute Strategy Sessions Personalized guidance to activate clarity, reframe limitations, and move with intentional momentum. 2 Optional 60-Minute Support System Sessions Designed to engage key relationships in your life for aligned external support. 3 Emergency 15-Minute Laser Sessions On-demand guidance for moments when clarity or grounding is urgently needed. Complimentary Access to the Living Imprints Program A 12-week self-paced experience to support foundational reflection and integration. Monthly Progress Reviews + Reflective Tools Assessments and check-ins to anchor insight and track your evolution in real time. Impact-Aligned Action Plan A strategic and soul-rooted roadmap, custom-built to reflect your legacy-driven goals. Unlimited Email Support Ongoing access between sessions for continuity, encouragement, and aligned redirection. Cancellation Policy
SCHEDULING | PAYMENT | CANCELLATION At Soulful Sojourners, we honor your time, investment, and transformation. The following policies are designed to maintain clarity, mutual respect, and alignment throughout our work together. COACHING PACKAGES | SESSION EXPIRATION All coaching packages are non-refundable. Results are influenced by your commitment, consistency, and willingness to engage in the process. While outcomes cannot be guaranteed, you will be met with expertise, presence, and unwavering dedication to your growth. All sessions must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Expired sessions are not refundable or transferable. PAYMENT TERMS Coaching Packages: Full payment is required at the time of enrollment. Workshops and One-Time Sessions: Full payment must be processed at the time of booking. Group Sessions: Payment is due at registration, in accordance with the specific terms of the group program selected. Rates: If rates are adjusted prior to signing your coaching agreement, the most current rates will apply. Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. AfterPay and Klarna are available for eligible plans. SESSION FORMAT Unless otherwise arranged: Sessions are 60 minutes in duration. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or phone. CANCELLATION | RESCHEDULING POLICY A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Notice must be given via phone and confirmed in writing (email or text message is acceptable). If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, 75% of the session fee will be charged. Clients who cancel more than two consecutive sessions or more than three sessions in total without prior arrangement will be considered in material breach of the agreement. In the event the Coach needs to cancel a session, the Client will receive no less than 24 hours’ notice via phone and written communication. If the Coach fails to provide 24 hours’ notice, the Client will receive a complimentary replacement session. OUR COMMITMENT This coaching relationship is a co-creative partnership.
